Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information once an order has shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. During warmer months, certain products such as body butters may be heat-sensitive. If you are purchasing heat-sensitive items during hot weather, we strongly recommend selecting expedited shipping at checkout to minimize transit time. Sundara Aura LLC is not responsible for melting or texture changes that occur due to exposure to high temperatures during shipping. By placing an order during warm seasons, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
