Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

Sundara Aura does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at SUNDARAAURA@GMAIL.COM with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review and resolve the matter promptly.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a scent or product, we are happy to assist prior to checkout.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Please note that Sundara Aura is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances once the package has left our facility.

Kindly ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Sundara Aura is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Melt Disclaimer

Body butters are made with natural ingredients and may soften or melt in warmer temperatures. This does not affect product quality. If melting occurs, place the product in a cool area to re-solidify. Texture changes may occur but performance remains the same.

Candle Safety Disclaimer

Burn within sight.
Keep away from children and pets.
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn.

Order Changes & Cancellations
