Sundara Aura products are for external use only. Our products are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. SECTION 4 – HEAT & PRODUCT VARIATION NOTICE

Our body butters are made with natural ingredients and may soften or melt in warm temperatures. Texture changes do not affect product quality or performance. We are not responsible for heat-related changes once an order has been delivered. Customers assume responsibility for monitoring packages during warmer seasons.

SECTION 5 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. SUNDARA AURA LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and confirmation is issued. All sales are final due to the nature of our products. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses or for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
