Cancellation Policy

At Sundara Aura, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Due to the efficiency of our ordering and shipping processes, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations. Once an order is placed on our website, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center to ensure prompt delivery. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting it.

Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. While we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases, we acknowledge that exceptions may occur, such as damage during shipping. If in case of refund it will be refunded within 10 to 15 business days.

Damaged Products:

If your product arrives damaged, we are here to help. To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  1. Report the Issue: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging.

  2. Product Evaluation: Upon receiving your refund request and supporting documentation, we will evaluate the claim to determine the extent of the damage and its cause.

  3. Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved based on the evidence of damage during shipping, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a 10 to 15 number of days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Non-Refundable Items:

Please note that certain items are not eligible for a refund, including:

  • Products that have been used or altered from their original condition
  • Products not purchased from Sundara Aura’s official website
  • Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded, subject to our refund policy)
